Centrally located in Charlotte Amalie, Hervé is on a hilltop convenient to all cruise ship docks, hotels, beaches, and historic places of worship.
Lunch time events can be air-conditioned or open-air. Floor to ceiling glass doors afford all a spectacular 180° view of the turquoise harbor and the historic “red roof” town of Charlotte Amalie. Set group menus are available with choices that can be customized for every taste (kids meals are always available). Bartender Tennyson can create the sweetest rum punch or mango cooler or the chilliest Champagne cocktail.
Special Dinners for rehearsals, Anniversaries, and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs are a specialty at Hervé. When perfection counts, there is only one place. Hervé Chassin has over 35 years experience in restaurant and banquet functions. Hervé brings a touch of European class to every successful event.
The semi-private “Wine Room” can accommodate groups from 10 to 25.
